Prewise’s popular seminars will continue in the fall
Prewise’s last seminar this spring, Driving through processes and ways of working, convened more than 60 participants to Hotel Presidentti on April 23. The seminar’s theme was how to ensure the successfulness of change processes by harnessing the web for the development of shared competencies.
Program Manager Tapio Järvenpää, from Elektrobit, had been invited to be the guest speaker. Using Prewise’s and EB’s joint project as an example, he spoke about practical experiences and views about implementing a new way of working in an international organization.
The seminar’s subject has been one of the most popular seminars, and once again the seats were ”sold” out. The three seminars arranged during the spring gathered a total of two hundred participants. This working seminar concept has also been exported abroad. This spring, Prewise’s units in China and Lithuania arranged seminars with the same content and concept to local target groups, receiving very positive welcomes and feedback.
Networking and new ideas
- The goal of Prewise’s free seminars is to offer corporate customers and our target groups ideas and new perspectives on the development of competence and communication in organizations. In this, too, our aim is to be the leading expert in the field and to help our customers to find the solutions that best suit their particular purposes, says Prewise’s Marketing Manager Jaana Raaska.
- We want to provide our customers with various sorts of forums for the purposes of networking and exchanging experiences. Another form of peer learning, you could say.
- We measure and follow the feedback from seminars and continuously improve their content to better serve the purposes of our clients. In the fall, there are new and interesting things to be expected as far as seminars and events go, so it will be worthwhile to keep an eye on your e-mail, says Raaska.
