Sähköinfo modernizes its network products
The long-term cooperation between Prewise and Sähköinfo is taking another giant leap forward. During the autumn, the two companies will undertake an extensive cooperation project to modernize Sähköinfo’s network product services. Network services are part of the range of strategic services offered by Sähköinfo. The network services support and complement the company’s extensive publishing activities serving the electricity sector.
The project to modernize the network services was launched before the summer, with extensive needs charting, during which current and future user groups were identified. The survey also identified key areas for development and laid down solid foundations for future development work.
Easy access to electricity reference publications on the web
When completed, Sähköinfo’s network services portal will be a user-friendly and effective network service, which makes the key electricity reference tomes easily accessible to users on the web. Specific points for development will be the functions to search for and classify data and the methods applied to processing and searching for structured data.
It is expected that the new-look web products will be available for testing sometime in 2006.
