Keeping the spotlight on our key objective

Spring at Prewise has been full of hustle and bustle – in a positive sense. We have all been involved in challenging and diverse customer projects, working with both old and brand new customers and partners. Fortunately, the busy schedule slows down a bit for the summer, and we can all take a break to recharge our batteries in readiness for new challenges in the autumn.

Such a hectic pace of work coupled with rapid growth is not a recipe for a trouble-free life. However, with a genuine desire to cooperate and a managed programme of operational development, we have succeeded in achieving and maintaining our key objective – customer satisfaction. Just to verify the fact, we carried out a customer satisfaction survey in June. Preliminary results indicate that we are succeeding.

Once summer is over, we will recommence the series of seminars, which gained such popularity earlier. The seminars will be used to relate accounts of successfully implemented customer solutions and ideas and to communicate the opportunities offered by the concept of information marketing.

Without further ado, I would like to wish everyone a very relaxing summer break. We will be in touch again after the holidays.
